If you are a freelancer working in one of our service areas, if you have in-depth industry expertise or if you have comprehensive knowledge in an adjacent field, we would like to get to know you. Due to our interdisciplinary work, we often cooperate with freelance consultants, universities and research institutes. We are also available for scientific studies since we conduct our own research on a continuous basis.

Internships
We are looking for interns in our Munich office. You will support our project teams during analysis, concept work and implementation in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Later, you will be responsible for smaller modules within our different practice groups. Your tasks also include communication with our employees, clients as well as representatives of renowned Business Schools. Working for a leading consultancy, you will acquire broad skills in HR assessments, training and development, organizational and HR development and you will have the chance to apply your skills in real client projects.
